We will always take the time...  But, extra time is taken during your first visit or a first visit with a new pet:  

  • Your first visit entails an extended visit with one of our staff doctors.
  • We will review your adult pet's medical history or review the needed care for your new pet.
  • We will actively listen to your concerns and questions, constructing a personalized care plan for your pet that will aid in providing you with information to ensure a happy and healthy life for your pet.  
  • We will review your pet's breed, weight and body type in discussing special needs, diet and nutritional needs.
  • We will review basic signs of suspecting that your pet is ill or not feeling well
  • We will discuss dental care that can save money and prevent health problems.
  • We will set up a personalized parasite prevention plan, discussing fleas, ticks and intestinal worms.
  • We will discuss the value of adding regular blood testing to your pet's care plan
